Associate – Commercial Property Management 

Location: London

Circa £65,000 inclusive + bonus & benefits. DOE

THE ROLE

My consultancy client has a new and exciting opportunity for an Associate to join their market-leading Asset Services division in London.

This pivotal role involves managing a portfolio of premium, multi-tenanted offices for a key investment client. You will be the primary contact for client instructions, overseeing all aspects of client service delivery, and advising on strategies to optimise and enhance property performance.

DAY TO DAY

• Understand and align with clients’ business and asset management objectives to maximise performance. Act as the key interface, gathering and acting on client feedback.
• Manage and liaise with internal teams and external consultants to deliver a comprehensive service.
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities to generate additional income from the existing client base.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and guidelines, including health & safety, environmental standards, quality, risk management, and professional conduct.
• Oversee the issuance of service charge budgets and conduct year-end reconciliations in accordance with the RICS Service Charge Code and client mandates.
• Proactively manage Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives by collecting, analysing data, and implementing performance improvements to meet compliance targets.
• Work closely with facilities management and building management teams to provide a full spectrum of property management and FM services, ensuring building protection, risk management, and enhanced occupier wellbeing and productivity.

YOU

• Property managers with a proven track record of managing client portfolios.
• 5 years + relevant experience
• A proactive approach with a strong emphasis on customer service, market-leading ESG performance, and tenant wellness.
• Demonstrated ability to drive client satisfaction and implement effective property management strategies.
