We are working with a local Authority seeking a high level property professional to help the team on a range of property functions. The role will be an initial 6 month contract with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Oversee the management of the local authority's estates.
- Oversight of the councils corporate landlord model
- Negotiate leases, licenses, and agreements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maximise estate value and usage.
- Liaise and take a lead of change management
