Role Overview:
As an Agency Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding clients property portfolios. You will be responsible for handling acquisitions, disposals, and leasing of commercial properties, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of commercial properties.
• Provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and prepare detailed reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver seamless service and achieve targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Agency Surveyor, ideally within the commercial property sector.
• Strong understanding of the Birmingham property market.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• RICS qualification or working towards it is preferred.
• A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for real estate.
