Development Project Manager - UK Investor / Developer

£45,000 - £55,000 + bonus + benefits, London

This leading UK development business are at the forefront of delivering large scale, commercial mixed use schemes. Backed by institutional funds, they have a secured pipeline of projects in consisting of both major cut and carve and new build with contract values ranging £50-300m+. 

Reporting into a director and as part of their small but highly experienced team, you will be involved in all projects stages with a focus on project management of planning and delivery stages whilst overseeing external consultant and contractor teams.

About you:

You will ideally be a project / construction professional with 2-4 years experience gained within a consultancy, client or contractor working on refurbishment and/or new build in the private sector.

Additional attributes:

• Degree qualified in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction or Design related subject
• Professionally qualified preferable but not essential
• 2-4 years’ experience delivering new build and/or refurbishment projects
• Experience within the commercial, retail or mixed use sectors is advantageous
• Experience in projects at post planning and delivery stages
• Ability to work well within a team involved with full project lifecycle
• Experience of consultant and contractor team management under JCT contract

• £45,000 - £55,000 basic + bonus + benefits
