Project Manager - Associate Director
UK Project and Cost Consultancy
£80,000-95,000 + attractive bonus + benefits, London
This UK focused project and cost consultancy, currently 100 strong, work with a variety of private sector investors and developers within the residential (PBSA, prime and private sale), hotel and office sectors.
Due to ongoing expansion across their UK offices, they seek a project manager at Associate Director level in London to lead projects circa £5-50m in contract value.
About you:
You will ideally be a project manager with min 8 years' experience in project management including all round skills in delivery, team leadership and client management. You will be confident in leading projects with contract values over £5m.
Additional attributes:
- Degree qualified in a property related subject
- Chartered professional such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent
- 8+ years project management experience within a consultancy or client
- Experience delivering private sector projects
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication
