£75,000-£95,000 + bonus + benefits

Central London with flex working 

This boutique project consultancy have successfully delivered some of the most prestigious prime / super residential projects in London and SE England.  

Working in close collaboration with HNWI's and family offices, they provide project and cost management services on luxury residencies alongside some of the worlds leading designers and consultants.

Typical projects are refurbishment led with contract values ranging from £5-£100m per property and include;

• Luxury apartments and town houses in Central London.
• Vast country mansions in SE England. 

The opportunity

They are developing their London team and currently seek a Project Manager at Senior / Associate Director level. 

The role

Reporting to the MD, this is a varied role covering all aspects of Project Management delivery plus client and team leadership. 

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Project Management of refurbishment / redevelopment projects in the prime residential sector
• Acting as the client when undertaking client representative role  
• Acting as consultant project manager on all other schemes 
• Instructing and management of consultant and contractor teams

The ideal candidate:

• Chartered MRICS, RIBA, MCIOB or equivalent 
• Minimum 6 years experience within Project Management 
• Experience leading projects in the private sector 
• Prime residential experience is advantageous but not essential 
• Excellent interpersonal skills
