A exciting opportunity for a Project Management Director to join this international project consultancy and play a pivotal role in the expansion of their London office.

This opportunity is to join at an early stage in the evolution of their London office, working as part of their existing leadership team to expand the London/UK operations. Your role will encompass; project delivery, market strategy, client development, P&L and team leadership.

This is a key appointment for the business, as such, an attractive long term incentive will be agreed as part of the package.

About you

You will ideally be a chartered property professional with a min 10 years' experience in consultancy project management including experience in a leadership role. Experience delivering living projects (residential or hotel) is advantageous. 

Additional attributes

• Chartered property professional eg MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent
• Min 10 years project management experience within a consultancy or client
• Experience leading projects under JCT contract
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication
