Corporate Property and Transformation Lead

We are working with a local Authority seeking a high level property professional to help the team on a range of property functions. The role will be an initial 6 month contract with key responsibilities outlined below:

• Oversee the management of the local authority's estates.
• Oversight of the councils corporate landlord model
• Negotiate leases, licenses, and agreements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maximise estate value and usage.
• Liaise and take a lead of change management 
• Client side contract management 
• Data validation and verification 
• Evaluate corporate estates functions
