Job Details
BUILDING SURVEYOR/ VALUATION SURVEYOR REQUIRED
PART TIME EMPLOYED BASIS OF 3 DAYS / FREELANCE CONSULTANT
On offer is:
- Basic Salary £30,000- £35,000+
- Car Allowance
- Performance Related Bonus & Other Benefits
- OR Fee Split of up to 60%
About the Role:
- Primarily undertaking RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys on mid range to larger properties.
- Valuations for a range of purposes – Help-to-Buy, Shared Ownership, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax.
- Areas covered: GU, RG, RH, PO postcodes – though mainly GU.
Must be AssocRICS/MRICS / FRICS with VRS with a minimum of 2 years PQE and have experience in residential Valuations, Level 2/homebuyer reports and level 3/Full building surveys. Experience in Listed properties would be beneficial
Additional beneficial skills may include: General practice building surveying, Lease Extensions and Freehold Enfranchisement, Planning Applications, Project Management,
Remote home based role.
