Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager poised to advance to a senior role and oversee a multi-million-pound heritage renovation, restoration, and conservation project in Oxford

As a Senior Project Manager, you will work on a hybrid model with an office and projects located in Oxford. You will lead a large-scale heritage renovation project worth £5M - £50M, guiding and mentoring project managers whilst taking projects from inception to completion, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met, and more.

The ideal candidate will be chartered with RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or MICE, and have experience in a consultancy environment. They should have a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects across various sectors, preferably heritage, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Candidates can come from a building surveying or architectural background.

• Up to £70,000 salary
