Person Specification: Building Surveyor – MRICS

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying or associated subject
• Chartered MRICS or very nearly Chartered
• You will ideally have strong project experience and/or experience in TTD or project monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities: Building Surveyor – MRICS

With clients across the commercial, industrial, retail and prime residential sectors, and projects ranging up to £150m, you can have access to all areas of work or you can focus in one particular area, depending on your experience. You will be client facing and professional. You will have a commercial mindset, ensuring that you are nurturing and growing relationships wherever possible.

Salary & Package:

Our client is happy to offer a salary between £52,000 – £62,000 DOE + contractual 15% over target bonus (guide £10k-£25k) + package. (For Senior or Associate level staff salary levels would increase with market rates).
