A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to join the Bristol office of this international consultancy, providing a spectrum of commercial consultancy advice across a diverse client base, predominantly made up of private sector investor clients. Person Specification:

• MRICS – You may be stepping up to Senior or moving from an existing senior role
• A broad range of experience in a commercial environment
• Strong desire to grow your experience and progress
• Strong communication/ client liaison skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will be fully engaged in all aspects of Building Surveying, from inception and negotiating scope of services with Clients, to carrying out the required professional services and delivering the project. If you have a speciality or bias to your work, they are happy for you to proceed with focus in a certain area.

• Due diligence
• Construction monitoring
• Contract administration
• Project management
• Planned preventative maintenance
• Dilapidations and exit strategy
• Part walls (previous experience not essential) Fire insurance cost assessments

Salary & Package:

Package from £55,000 – £65,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
