A fantastic opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the Crawley office of this independent consultancy, providing a spectrum of commercial consultancy advice across a diverse commercial client base, predominantly made up of private sector investor clients. Person Specification:
- Chartered Building Surveyor – MRICS
- Proven experience across the commercial sector
- Broad range of experience across various projects and professional instructions.
- Strong communication skills/ client facing
Roles & Responsibilities:
With a broad workload across the commercial sector you will cover the following areas: –
- Contract Administration
- Project Management
- Technical Due Diligence/ Acquisition services
- Party Wall
- Dilapidations
- Schedules of condition
- Specification writing
- Employers agent
Salary & Package:
Package from £45,000 – £57,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- 15% of over-target bonus
