Join the growing London office of this 100 year old national multi-disciplinary consultancy as a Senior Building Surveyor, and work to develop a personal progression plan towards Associate. With a 60 project/40 professional split, you will be an integral part of this growing team, working across a range of sectors within a commercial environment.

Person Specification:

• MRICS qualified – Chartered Building Surveyor
• Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience
• You will have broad UK experience within commercial Building Surveying
• Driven to progress personally and drive business growth

Roles & Responsibilities:

The role will involve providing advice on a number of key property related matters, covering the full spectrum of Building Consultancy services including; Building Surveys, Contract Administration, Project Management, Dilapidations, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Planned Preventative Maintenance surveys and Party Wall matters. Assets will be predominantly commercial, although there will be a degree of retail, residential and mixed-use investments together with development work.

Key responsibilities: –

• You will be responsible for providing advice on a wide range of property types and to a variety of clients many of whom are core clients of the business
• Develop and manage client relationships
• Supporting your Director in growing the business line and achieving our objectives
• Develop and mentor junior staff members

Salary & Package:

Salary of £63,000 – £70,000, dependent on experience.
