Director Landlord & Tenant - London/Hybrid

£75,000 - £80,000 + benefits/bonus/package

Our client is seeking an experienced Professional Surveyor to take hold and grow their Lease Consultancy team based in The West End

The role will be client facing involving managing this workstream within the larger CRE Team. The position will involve overseeing the lease advisory work for the business, managing the work, surveyors within the team, reporting to clients and Directors within the business.

The ideal person will be someone who has extensive experience in landlord and tenant matters in and around London and the South East. They have a steady stream of work from their management clients and want to expand the work from new external clients. In exchange for knowledge, drive and determination they offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written in the form of working on reports.

• Detailed analytical skills, basic numeracy and good attention to detail.

• An ability to carry out research, work independently and present this information clearly.

• Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.

• Accurate and exceptional attention to detail.

• Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients

• Preferably Full UK Driving Licence
