Job Details
A leading property consultancy are looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their Cambridge office and work on their upcoming projects in higher education, commercial, student accommodation and life science.
This well-respected business is continuing to pave their way to success, their current projects range from £20M - £300M and strong order books giving you great exposure to projects, a dynamic working environment and a clear pathway to progression.
As a Project Manager - Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for assisting on larger scale projects, leading and managing some of your own and supporting the senior Project Management team, maintaining great communication with clients and stakeholders to develop further opportunities, oversee the administration and building contract including preparation of all necessary instructions.
The right candidate will be chartered RICS, CIOB, RIBA, MICE, have previous experience in working a consultancy or client environment, previously delivered project from various sectors, excellent communication and great knowledge of the construction industry, proficient in the use of MS Office and particularly MS Project.
