Asset Manager – Commercial
Location: London
Circa £55,000 inclusive + bonus & benefits. DOE
THE ROLE
UFR is currently working on a client-side Asset Management role with a private office in London. The role would be suitable for a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor with a strong commercial Property and Asset Management background.
DAY TO DAY
A London focused, mixed-use commercial portfolio, the Asset Manager would be responsible for long term Asset Management of the portfolio including:
- Lease Management
- Lease Renewals
- Drafting of Leases
- Fit Out
- Capital Value Add
- Refurbs
YOU:
- At least 4 years’ experience within Asset Management
- Good Landlord & Tenant knowledge and experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience in Asset Management of multi-let buildings of all asset classes
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail, well organised able to work independently
