Job Details

Epic mountains, beautiful beaches, stunning landscapes.

Picture this, you're based in North Wales working with rural clients across the region and providing support on management of the landscape around you.

You'll have scope to develop within your role and there is ample opportunity for you to build your own client base across North Wales.

As a rural surveyor, you'll need to be chartered and if you're a registered valuer too that would be a bonus but is not essential.

You'll be undertaking an interesting variety of responsibilities that will include rural property management, professional valuations, asset management, rent reviews, budgets, project appraisals and project management. You'll also be involved in claims for subsidies, grants and compensation.

You'll build rapport with a variety of existing clients. You'll work in a young and enthusiastic team, have opportunity for continuous self-development and be eager to expand on your knowledge.

There is a great salary on offer and package with a car allowance to match and will be in line with experience.

If you would like further information about this role or any other opportunities within the rural sector we may have, please get in touch with Hannah on 01780 480530 or hannah.cuthbert@morepeople.co.uk
