Chartered Building Surveyor

Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor with a proven track record working within a consultancy background?  
 
Due to my clients desire to continue expanding their surveying team, they have created a new role within their London office. You will be taking on a variety of industrial refurbishments and ESG-focused projects, allowing you to work with some of the client's key stakeholders and clients. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
·Take the lead on a range of refurbishment projects from £250K - £10m value focussing on industrial and logistics, with the opportunity to take on other commercial areas.
·Effectively managing a strong pipeline of work and acting as a key point of contact
·Actively contribute to the development of service offerings, support junior surveyors/graduates and the wider team
·Take on more business development responsibilities as desired, source new work, cross-sell services and network to grow your client base
·Provide excellent client care, take ownership and manage relationships effectively
·Act as project lead, running the project from start to finish including invoicing, specifications, budgets and WIP
 
Requirements:
 
·MRICS
·Experience carrying out refurbishment work and projects with values up to £10million+
·Commercially minded with experience in the Industrial sector
·Confident to project lead and take ownership of the projects
·An interest in taking on ESG focused projects advantageous
