Interim Estates Surveyor (6-Month Contract)

Location: West Midlands
Rate: £475 per day

We are seeking a skilled Interim Estates Surveyor for a 6-month contract with a local authority in the West Midlands. The role involves general practice surveying with a strong focus on property disposal work.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property valuations and assessments.
  • Manage and oversee disposal of surplus assets.
  • Provide expert advice on estate management.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent)
  • Proven track record in disposals and general practice surveying.
  • Previous local authority experience
