The Role: Associate Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert quantity surveying services across a diverse range of sectors

  • Act as an Employer's Agent, liaising between clients and contractors
  • Oversee commercial management aspects of projects

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in multiple sectors
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience as an Employer's Agent
  • Solid background in commercial management
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • RICS qualification (or equivalent)
