About the role:

• Nationwide opportunities: Our client is expanding rapidly and have positions available across the UK including London, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Essex, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Newcastle/Sunderland/Durham, North Birmingham, Stoke-on- Trent, Bradford/Leeds, North Manchester, Stoke on Trent, Nottingham/Derby, Guilford, Leicester, Coventry, Surrey/Sussex Crawley/Guildford and Cardiff/Newport/Bristol.

• Flexible home-based roles: Enjoy the freedom and flexibility of working from home, with achievable targets.

• Depending on the location, you will be responsible for conducting L1 and L2 or L2 and L3 RICS surveys, some associated valuations and assessments of residential properties.

What we’re looking for:

• RICS Qualified Surveyors: Whether you're just starting or have years of experience, we may have roles that match your skill level.

• Home Survey Expertise: Candidates with Level 2 and ideally Level 3 home survey experience are highly desirable.
