Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed building surveys, condition assessments, and defect analysis.
• Provide expert advice on property refurbishments, restorations, and new builds.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and specifications to a high standard.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• MRICS qualification is essential.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record in both residential and commercial sectors.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
