Key Responsibilities:

• • Conducting detailed property inspections and surveys.
  • Providing expert advice on property valuations, condition, and market trends.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborating with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Contributing to the growth and reputation of Edward Mellor Surveyors through professional excellence and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• • • RICS accredited Chartered Surveyor (AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS).
    • Proven experience in property valuation, surveys, and consultancy.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
