Commercial Surveyor - Dorset

An exciting opportunity to join the commercial department of a regional property consultancy based in the heart of Dorset. This role offers a fantastic chance to immerse yourself in a diverse range of tasks and gain invaluable experience across all facets of commercial surveying.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating the purchase and sale of commercial properties.
  • Managing leasing and letting arrangements for commercial spaces.
  • Expertly handling landlord and tenant matters.
  • Conducting valuations for a wide range of clients, including banks and private individuals.
  • Providing comprehensive professional advice to commercial clients.
  • Engaging in commercial property and estate management duties.
  • This role promises a dynamic and stimulating career path for the right candidate.

Requirements:

  • MRICS/AssocRICS qualification.
  • Registration as a Valuer (Ideal, but not essential)
  • Possession of a full UK driving license.
