Job Details

We are looking for an experienced residential Building Surveyor to carry out Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys and valuations on a part time/contract basis.

We service Estate Agents in our area through recommendation with a constant demand for level 2 and 3 residential surveys. In addition we provide RICS "Red Book" Valuations, service a niche Equestrian Market and undertake General Practice work.

Company

We are an independent practice based in Newmarket with strong connections to local Estate Agents based on recommendation for Building Surveys and Valuations.

We also undertake valuation work on a local basis and provide a consultancy service on a national basis to Equestrian Properties, primarily Thoroughbred Studs.
