Quantity Surveyor - Assistant Level - City

A specialist Cost Consultancy is currently seeking a talented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their City office. The consultancy operates across various sectors, including commercial, education, retail, residential, and hi-tech medical facilities, offering the successful candidate exposure to diverse projects or the option to specialize in a particular area. The company takes pride in providing exceptional APC support, boasting an outstanding pass rate with QS professionals attending every sitting. They place a strong emphasis on training, ensuring employees gain relevant experience and exposure to confidently face the APC interview.

In this role, the successful candidate will assist MRICS Quantity Surveyors with pre and post-contract duties, while receiving direct guidance from the Associates and Directors. As they progress within the position, there will be opportunities to take the lead on individual projects, working autonomously with minimal supervision once fully prepared.

Applicants must hold an RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying, with some consultancy experience being desirable. The company is open to considering candidates transitioning from contractor or client-side roles. Additionally, exceptional fresh graduates with previous experience from internships, placements, or sandwich courses will also be considered. Possession of a valid driving license is essential for this role.
