Associate Quantity Surveyor - West End

A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is currently seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team, in their West End office, as the second-in-command in the department. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate with some of the UK's largest and most renowned companies. The selected candidate will be involved in a diverse range of projects, spanning across Residential, Commercial, Retail, and Industrial sectors.

Apart from contributing to project delivery, the role will also entail supporting the professional growth of junior team members. Extensive client interaction is a key aspect of the position, requiring the ability to provide updates and respond to unforeseen client inquiries promptly. The company offers a stable work environment with continuous growth opportunities. A clear pathway to achieving a Director job title will be provided in the long term.

The ideal candidate for this position should already possess substantial experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or an Associate seeking career advancement. Prior experience within a consultancy setting and MRICS chartership are essential requirements due to the high-profile clients associated with the role. Proficiency in overseeing projects from inception to completion, managing costs effectively, and collaborating with various departments to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery are highly valued skills.
