Job Details

A world leading property consultancy is currently seeking an MRICS Surveyor to join their Lease Exit team in the West End. The ideal candidate should come from a Chartered Building Surveyor background with significant expertise in dilapidations, property inspections, and a confident approach to negotiations.

The position entails a highly specialised role where the successful candidate will gain national recognition within the service. The focus of the role is on client satisfaction, involving close collaboration with exiting landlords and tenants, as well as negotiations with high net worth property owners.

Notably, 50% of the FTSE 100 has worked or is currently working with this esteemed team. Joining them means having the opportunity to save well-known companies substantial amounts of money and receiving attractive rewards in the form of profit shares and bonuses. The role centres around utilising an in-depth understanding of dilapidations and associated costs to save money for blue-chip clients. The MRICS Surveyor will skilfully negotiate on behalf of the client to achieve the most cost-effective exit strategy.

Prospective candidates should have a background in Building Surveying, with a strong track record in handling dilapidations, schedules of work, and property inspections. Industry-leading internal training will be provided to acquaint the recruit with analysing leases, lease surrender calculations, and negotiation techniques.

The company places great value on employee satisfaction and well-being, demonstrated by offering a competitive salary of up to £85,000 DOE. An attractive benefits package accompanies this, including bonuses, profit share, private medical coverage, fitness allowance, life insurance, childcare vouchers, 26 days of holiday plus Christmas shut down, a Pension scheme, and more.
