Our client is well respected independent firm of property professionals committed to exceeding customer expectations through their experienced and well-trained workforce.

As part of their ever-expanding portfolio, they are currently block managing sites and estates with over 4000 residential units across East Anglia as well as landlord portfolios. The firm believes in developing long term relationships by providing a professional service whilst continually reviewing and raising standards.

The Regional Property Manager is responsible for a portfolio of blocks/units and will be the designated contact in representing our client as managing agent with key accountabilities regarding service levels. You will have autonomy in dealing with on-site activities and appointing contractors to complete works, subject to procurement protocols

      Role Requirements

  • You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience, essential skills & education in a Block/Property Manager role.
  • Knowledge of legislation relating to leasehold property. Industry recognised qualifications such as TPI or RICS are advantageous – training and CPD will be provided.
  • This is a homebased role, with one day per week working from the Norwich Head Office in working with other Regional Property Managers, Service Charge Accountants and Chartered Surveyors.
  • The position is Full Time 9:00am-5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am-5:00pm Friday

     On offer is:

  • Base salary circa 40K dependent upon skills, knowledge and experience
  • Commission based on 10% of annual service charge for new sites introduced, department cross referral and financial service referral commission.
  • Car allowance plus mileage,
  • Private healthcare and dental care,
  • Pension.
  • Homebased working equipment including laptop/tablet/mobile phone provided.
  • There will be an opportunity to progress into senior roles with sponsored continuing professional development through TPI or RICS career pathways
  • Other benefits include 25 days holiday plus birthday off, 4 well-being days a year,
