The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a building surveyor, ideally in the commercial sector and be actively pursuing the RICS Building Surveying APC pathway. Strong hands-on experience in dilapidations, party wall work, contract administration, defects diagnosis, and other general building surveying functions is a must.
