RESIDENTIAL STAFF SURVEYORS REQUIRED FOR SURVEY WORK & ASSOCIATED VALUATIONS.

 

Due to an increase in volumes and change of direction, our client is expanding their team of residential staff surveyors with new patch opportunities available.

The role consists of carrying out RICS L2 and L3 RICS as well as associated valuations and assessments of residential properties with the ability to work independently and remotely.


The company platform offers access to an extensive range of quality property products, including surveys, mortgages, conveyancing, removal services, and online auctions providing an end-to-end property solution,

This provides the surveyor with an ever-increasing volume of "in house" sourced survey work.


You will be AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS with VRS and have experience in residential property L2 surveys (training available for level 3 surveys) and assessments, knowledge of building construction and regulations, and safety standards with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is a full-time role - salary is circa £48k - £58k with a bonus scheme, car allowance and other benefits.
