Our client, a leading construction consultancy based in Manchester, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver a variety of construction projects for their growing portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to work on high-profile projects in a client-facing, dynamic role.

Due to the nature of the role, you must have been living in the UK for the last 3 consecutive years.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Manage full project lifecycles, from planning through to completion
• Work closely with clients to ensure their construction needs are met
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver successful outcomes
• Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
• Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and stakeholders

Requirements for the Project Manager:

• Previous experience of working within a UK construction consultancy
• Strong knowledge of construction project management methodologies and processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Qualified in a relevant construction subject e.g. Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying etc.
