Residential Building Surveyor - Four jobs per week, Friday reserved for report writing - Hiring in London and homes counties, all locations considered.

Quality over quantity approach, high fee work. Our forward thinking client specialises in the survey and valuation of prime residential properties across London, the Home Counties and the Southeast. They take pride in providing the highest quality, detail-driven, bespoke surveys for their clients. 

They offer market leading training to all of their Surveyors, named as their masters programme, which covers off bespoke building surveying / pathology training including drone training for all of the Surveyors. If you are coming from a L1 and L2 background and are lacking L3 experience, they are willing to train and work with you to develop your existing pathology knowledge and skill set. 

Basic salary up to approx. £70,000 DOE plus flat 10% commission on all jobs which will likely be approx. £15,000 -£20,000 on top of bonus. 

Naturally as a growing business, there will likely be future plans for career progression within the organisation but this is person dependent.
