Building Surveyor

A unique opportunity for a talented Building Surveyor/Project Manager to join a niche consultancy practice operating at the highest level across a variety of sectors. We act for a wide variety of Clients including asset managers, charities, tier one institutions, Livery companies, private clients and family offices.

We are looking for a self-motivated conscientious and eloquent individual to join us and play a formative role in continuing our successful delivery of project & technical consultancy. 

Ideally with Building Surveying/Project Management experience in the UK across the full skillset including:

• Employer's Agent/Contract Administrator
• Project delivery
• Project monitoring
• Full range of building consultancy services including Technical Due Diligence, Condition Surveys, Defects Analysis, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Party Walls & Neighbourly Matters and Dilapidations.
