One of the UK’s leading commercial property companies taking their clients estates and assets to the next level is currently seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Building Surveyor into their London Building Consultancy team.

As part of the wider business the Building Consultancy team offers the whole range of professional and project-based services to their top tier client base, including the likes of Derwent, Portman Estate, JP Morgan Asset Management and Feldberg Capital.

As a Senior Building Surveyor you will be providing market-leading commercial advice on all stages of the property life-cycle, working closely with the property management teams to better support their clients on a full range of matters including feasibility studies, schedules of condition, carbon reduction plans, dilapidations, pre-acquisitions surveys and monitoring of on-site works including the delivery of flexible working.

You will be able to choose the type of work you focus on, so if you prefer project based work then there is plenty available and likewise with professional work and the specialities within.

They have a superb London office but are fully flexible as to office attendance to suit lifestyles.
