An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to become part of the Capital Development and Estates Strategy team at the University of East Anglia.
You will provide effective commercial advice, cost management and Quantity Surveyor services to support the University’s estate management activities, in particular its construction, refurbishment, engineering, maintenance, minor works and life-cycle projects.
The role includes acting as Framework Manager for the University’s contractor and consultant frameworks and assisting with procurement in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations.
The role is based on the University of East Anglia’s campus in Norwich and is available immediately on a full-time, indefinite basis.
