The Judicial Appointments Commission has been asked to identify candidates to recommend for the posts of Fee-paid Valuer Chair and Fee-paid Valuer Member of the First-tier Tribunal, Residential Property Tribunal. This is an excellent opportunity to sit on a wide variety of interesting cases dealing with applications, appeals and references relating to disputes over property and land.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this role, you must be a Member or Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
About the role
Fee-paid Valuer Chairs and Fee-paid Valuer Members of the First-tier Tribunal, Residential Property Tribunal are responsible for adjudicating on applications and appeals regarding disputes over property. There may also be the opportunity to participate in mediation for which training will be provided.
