What You'll Be Doing

As a key team member, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships, leading strategic initiatives, and upholding premium property management standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Client Engagement: Work alongside Partners to elevate client relationships, manage portfolio-wide matters, and ensure flawless service delivery.
• Team Leadership: Mentor team members, assist in recruitment and HR functions, and promote a collaborative, high-achieving culture.
• Tenant Liaison & Compliance: Build rapport with tenants, oversee lease compliance, and ensure high standards of maintenance and service.
• Operational Excellence: Manage service charge budgets, liaise with legal and consulting partners, and utilise cutting-edge property management software for efficient reporting.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• RICS Qualified Chartered Surveyor: A commercial property management background in consultancy is highly desirable.
• Leadership Potential: Ready to lead by example and support the growth of junior team members.
• Strong Communicator: Exceptional relationship-building skills to engage effectively with clients and team members alike.
