We are currently looking for talented Building Surveyors to join our Technical Teams in Hong Kong. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor the maintenance, repair and upgrading of the building fabric, plumbing and drainage installations
• Assist in preparation of the budget reports, recommendation of maintenance and improvement strategies
• Monitor tenants' fit-out works
• Supervise in-house technicians and contractors to carry out routine repair and maintenance work, implement corrective and planned maintenance
• Handle enquiries on all related issues, plan & execute system upgrades and prepare technical reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or higher diploma in Building Surveying or related discipline 
• Qualified Building Surveyor or building professional (MHKIS, MRICS, MCIOB, Constructor in PRC)
• Minimum 5 years' of experience in maintenance of building fabric of commercial buildings and/or retail
• Good communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese is required
• Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel and AutoCAD
• Required to attend 24-hour emergency calls

Remarks: Overseas candidates with relevant professional qualifications and experience are welcomed (relocation package is not applicable)
