If so we have an exciting new opportunity to work within our Property Services team, working to our Quantity Surveyor, on a number of projects across the Force’s Estate’s footprint. This is an exciting time to join our department and be part of a number of diverse projects supporting TVP to deliver its policing mission, within a complex and operational environment.

As a Project Quantity Surveyor you will play a critical role in our project team, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control throughout the lifecycle of our projects. You will have previous experience to enable you work independently and be able to demonstrate skills and knowledge of traditional QS duties from pre to post contract.

This role will suit someone who has at least 3 – 5 years post graduate QS work experience who can build effective relationships and negotiate with multiple stakeholders including external consultants and contractors.
