About: My client is leading global consultancy firm specialising in Building surveying, project management, and construction cost consulting. On my clients behalf we are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join their team in Birmingham as a Senior Director / Partner in Strategic Asset Management.

Position Overview: This role presents a unique opportunity to shape and lead the company’s strategic asset management practice, driving growth, innovation, and exceptional client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

-Lead the strategic direction and growth of the strategic asset management practice, aligning with company -wide objectives and market trends

-Develop and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on complex asset management challenges and opportunities

-Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation

-Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities, and securing high-profile projects and partnerships

-Proven track record of business development, client relationship management, and leadership within a consulting environment

-Deep expertise in asset management principles, methodologies, and regulatory frameworks
