The Company

Beach Baker are delighted to be working alongside Henry Adams, a long established multi-disciplined firm of Chartered Surveyors, Chartered Town Planners and Estate Agents with offices in Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey.

Over 150 Property professionals across 16 offices.

They are part of the community, supporting charities, schools and people.

 

The team

They primarily provide consultancy advice to active farming businesses and are fortunate to operate in an area with excellent soils and where there is an abundance of important horticultural businesses, salad and vegetable growers. As a firm, they have a very strong team of planners, developers, valuers and commercial agents and genuinely work closely with one another.

 

Your role

You can expect to be involved in a huge range of rural work as the Company provide the following services:

  • Compensation Claims
  • Tenancy/licence agreements
  • Rent Reviews
  • Government Grants
  • Land Sales
  • Land Management
  • Estate Management
  • Consultancy
  • Nitrate Mitigation & BNG sites

 

You will be able to choose what interests you most.

 

Your background

  • A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors/CAAV
  • Good working knowledge and experience in environmental issues, conservation, sustainable development and approaches to regenerative farming and nature base solutions
  • Good knowledge of land use, agricultural, asset management and land management
  • Strong demonstratable consulting skills: listening, building trust and acting to deliver a high-quality service.
  • Proven ability to analyse, interpret and resolve rural surveying problems and legal documentation using your findings to influence decision making and negotiation.
  • A highly motivated individual, with a passion for conservation and nature
  • A team player, who enjoys working in a collaborative working environment
