This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded and established team, offering great career progression and the chance to work within a supportive and growing office.

They are flexible regarding the level of the role, and are open to considering candidates from Senior Surveyor to Partner level, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a wide range of rural property valuations for various purposes including loan security, taxation, expert witness services, as well as for farms, estates, residential properties, and specialist rural assets.
  • Manage and deliver Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (AMC) agency work.
  • Handle a mix of professional services such as valuation, landlord and tenant advice, compensation, and other advisory work.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities during valuation inspections, and liaise with colleagues across divisions (planning, development, commercial, energy) to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Play an active role in growing the business by identifying new fee-earning opportunities and cultivating existing client relationships.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of a profit centre business plan aligned with the firm's vision.
  • Manage and support junior team members, fostering their development.
  • Collaborate with other offices to promote business development and cross-office opportunities, both internally and externally.

Whether you have an extensive background in this field or are looking for your next challenge, you will have the opportunity to make an impact and take control of your career trajectory.

Ideal candidates will be MRICS and FAAV qualified, with experience in a similar role. A solid knowledge of the local area and an established network of contacts would be a distinct advantage. If you are someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys working in a collaborative team, and is committed to delivering high-quality services, we want to hear from you.
