The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This role will involve providing cost management and contract administration services on a range of projects, from initial feasibility studies through to completion. You will be working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Although will be support from members of the senior leadership team, the ideal candidate will be a large extent capable of working autonomously on delivering the quantity surveying service on a project.

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying roles, ideally within consultancy environments.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, including JCT and if possible, NEC 4.

  • Proficient in cost management software (we use cost X) and Excel.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

What They Offer

  • Part of a team and company that is on a string growth plan, demonstrated by three years of track record of this trajectory.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Genuine opportunity for career development and professional growth.
  • A collaborative and supportive working environment.
  • Flexible working options.
  • Private healthcare
