Job Details

Our client is currently seeking a Senior Building Control Surveyor for a contract role in a London Borough. This position involves managing an area of the Borough and providing essential building control services.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day to day management of an area of the Borough.
  • Process Building Regulation applications.
  • Inspect building works ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Provide general building control advice to stakeholders.


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Building Control.
  • Site inspections and plan assessments
  • Understanding of Building Regulation applications and compliance.
  • Proficiency in inspecting building works.
  • Adept at providing building control advice.
  • Ability to manage Dangerous Structures and respond to out of hours emergencies.
  • Competent in handling complex and high risk buildings.
  • Strong organisational and management skills.
