Residential Surveyor - Home Based

Are you an experienced Residential Surveyor with a passion for high-end properties? This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-leading property consultancy, working on behalf of prestigious institutional clients across Central London. Due to growing demand, they are seeking talented and motivated Residential Surveyors to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
  
Your Role:
As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting a range of property surveys, including:

• Mortgage valuations
• Matrimonial and probate valuations
• Disrepair surveys
• Level 2 (HomeBuyer) and Level 3 (Building Condition) surveys

  
You’ll have the opportunity to visit exclusive properties in London, carry out detailed inspections, and produce comprehensive reports using the latest technology and software.
  
Your Experience:

• At least two years’ post-qualification experience in residential surveying
• Proficient in Level 1, 2, and 3 residential surveys for private clients or lenders
• Skilled in using tablet tech for note-taking, Quest software, RightMove Surveyor Comparable tool, and BCIS reinstatement valuations
•  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in mortgage valuations and Red Book valuations for residential property
• AssocRICS / RICS or experience in Level 2/3 Surveys
