Job Details
A leading neighbourly matters consultancy with a leading reputation in the Rights of Light industry are looking for a skilled and driven individual to join their team at Senior or Associate level.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior/Associate Rights of Light Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert advice to high-profile clients on a range of projects, including some of the most iconic developments in the UK. Your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking detailed rights of light analyses using specialist software.
- Advising clients on daylight, sunlight, overshadowing, and related planning issues.
- Providing strategic input into project development to ensure client goals are met.
- Liaising with architects, planners, developers, and legal professionals to provide robust, commercially focused advice.
- Supporting the growth of the team by mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in rights of light, daylight & sunlight, or a related specialist discipline.
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency with rights of light software tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse client base.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., MRICS, CIAT) are advantageous but not essential.
