The Opportunity:

Our client is looking for to expand their already thriving team. You'll deliver a full range of pre- and post-contract services, including tendering, bid management, and costing through to final sign-off. With all projects located within an hour of the office, the team fosters a collaborative, in-office working environment.

This role offers the chance to work across diverse sectors such as residential, industrial, education, healthcare, leisure, office fit-out, retail, heritage, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have relevant sector experience, a proactive approach, and strong teamwork skills. Chartered status (MRICS) is desirable but not essential, and candidates from main contractor backgrounds will also be considered.
