Are you a skilled Residential Surveyor looking for a new challenge? Join a leading global organisation and take on exciting projects, working on high-profile properties on the South Coast.

About the Role: As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out Level 2 and Level 3 surveys on residential properties across the south coast. Your role will involve assessing the condition of properties, producing detailed reports, and advising clients on potential issues or improvements. You’ll work on a variety of high-profile properties, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Level 2 and Level 3 surveys for residential properties.
  • Preparing comprehensive, clear, and accurate reports for clients.
  • Identifying property defects and providing expert recommendations.
  • Managing client relationships and offering high-quality advice.
  • Ensuring all surveying work complies with industry standards and regulations.
  • Liaising with a range of stakeholders, from property owners to estate agents.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in residential surveying, particularly Level 2 and Level 3 surveys.
  • Strong knowledge of building construction and common defects in residential properties.
  • Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, managing your time effectively.
  • A full UK driving license (travel within the Southampton area required).
